Our services are available primarily in Perth, Western Australia, and surrounding regions. Any projects outside this area will be subject to separate terms and pricing.
4. Consultation and Quotation
All services begin with an initial consultation, during which we will assess your needs and provide a quotation. The quotation is valid for 30 days and is based on the information provided at the time. Any variations or changes may result in a revised quote. A consultation fee may apply depending on the scope of the project.
5. Acceptance of Quote and Payment Terms
Once you accept our quote, a formal contract will be created. A deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. Scheduling and Delays
We strive to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or supply chain delays, may cause scheduling changes. We will notify you of any such delays and work to minimize disruptions.

To ensure smooth installation, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate site information, including access to the property and electricity supply.
- Obtaining necessary approvals from homeowners’ associations or relevant authorities, if required.
- Ensuring the site is prepared and accessible for installation.
- 8. Installation and Quality Assurance
Our qualified electricians will carry out all installations in compliance with Australian electrical standards and local regulations. We use high-quality materials and equipment from reputable manufacturers. Upon completion, the system will be tested to ensure it is functioning correctly. The installation will be followed by a handover session to familiarize you with the system and its usage.
9. Warranties
We offer a warranty on both our workmanship and the products we install:
- Workmanship: 5 years
- Products: As per manufacturer warranties
- If any issues arise within these warranty periods, please contact us immediately. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors such as natural disasters.
- 10. Permits and Approvals
- Where necessary, we will assist in obtaining permits and approvals for your installation. However, the responsibility to ensure all permits are in place lies with the customer. Any associated fees are to be borne by the customer.
11. Changes and Variations
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be communicated to us in writing. Additional work outside the original scope may result in extra costs and adjusted timelines. A revised quotation will be provided for any variations.
We may aggregate or de-identify your information and may use, share, rent, or sell aggregated or de-identified information for any purpose, and such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information to any third party except in the case of Sale or Transfer of all or Part of our Business or Assets (see below).
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions. In the event of such delays, we will communicate promptly and work to minimize their impact.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
Customers may cancel their project by providing written notice. In such cases, the customer is responsible for payment for any work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds for any unused materials will be subject to supplier terms and conditions.
14. Product Liability
We install products sourced from reputable manufacturers, but we are not responsible for any manufacturing defects. Any claims for defective products must be addressed directly to the manufacturer under their warranty terms. We will assist in facilitating such claims where possible.
15. Use of Subcontractors
We reserve the right to engage subcontractors for certain services. Any subcontracted work will be overseen by us, and we will remain responsible for the quality and compliance of the work performed.
16. Environmental Considerations
We are committed to environmentally responsible practices. Wherever possible, we strive to minimize waste, recycle materials, and install energy-efficient systems that contribute to reducing carbon footprints.
17. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damage or injury resulting from misuse of installed equipment.
- Delays or interruptions caused by factors outside of our control, including third-party supplier issues.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your service request. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
19. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement or dispute arising from these Terms, both parties agree to first seek a resolution through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be submitted to mediation before either party pursues legal action.
20. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if:
- There is a breach of these Terms that cannot be resolved within 30 days.
- The other party becomes insolvent.
- Upon termination, the customer is liable to pay for any work completed up to the termination date.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, will be handled by the courts of Western Australia.
22. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated to you and will take effect upon your acceptance or continued use of our services.
