If you still cannot locate the activation email after checking these folders, please submit a support request at solaronenation.com.au. When submitting your request, please include the email address you used when completing the form and your booking code, as this will help our support team locate your request quickly. Once verified, our team will arrange for a new activation email to be sent to you as soon as possible.
If you are experiencing difficulties paying the required booking or service fees when activating your holiday accommodation, you will need to contact the travel booking provider directly, as they are responsible for managing the accommodation reservations and payment system.

If you do not receive a response within two business days, you may also submit a support request at solaronenation.com.au. Our team will then escalate the matter to the Redeem Vacations management team on your behalf. Please note that escalation can only occur after you have first attempted to contact Redeem Vacations directly.
If you experience any issues while booking your accommodation—such as selecting travel dates, confirming your hotel reservation, or navigating the booking system—you should first contact the booking provider directly by submitting a request at redeemvacations.com/contact-us.

Our team will then escalate your request to the Redeem Vacations management team to help ensure the matter is resolved. As with other booking issues, escalation can only be processed once you have attempted to resolve the matter with Redeem Vacations first.
