As part of our appreciation program, all our customers receive access to our Global Vacation Reward — giving you complimentary hotel or resort accommodation in exciting destinations around the world.
You simply cover the low nightly booking and service fees — making your next getaway significantly more affordable. This is not a competition. It’s not a raffle.
It’s a genuine travel reward available to all Solar 1 Nation customers.

What Is The Global Vacation Reward?

The Solar 1 Nation Global Vacation Reward provides access to hotel and resort stays across a wide range of international and domestic destinations.
The accommodation itself is provided at no charge.
Travellers only pay:

• Nightly booking & processing fees
• Applicable taxes
• Any optional upgrades

Flights, transfers, meals, and additional travel costs are not included.
Once activated, you have up to 18 months to select your destination and travel dates.

Important Travel Conditions

• Travel must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure
• The chosen destination must be at least 100 miles from your home residence
• Only one holiday reward may be redeemed per person per year
• Nightly booking & service fees are non-refundable once confirmed
• Accommodation availability is subject to inventory at time of booking
• Once your destination has been selected and submitted to us, it cannot be changed thereafter.

How It Works

Register Your Voucher

Enter your unique Solar 1 Nation vacation reward code along with your contact details on our secure registration form. This confirms your eligibility and begins the activation process.

Activate Your Reward

After registration, You will immediately receive a confirmation email from RedeemVacations.com (our official travel partner) explaining:
  • The available destinations
  • The booking and service fee structure
  • Travel conditions

Complete your booking, by paying the applicable daily booking and service fees online within 7 days of receiving the email.

Choose Your Destination & Travel Dates

Once activated:

• You may select from available destinations

• Travel must be booked at least 30 days in advance

• You have up to 18 months to travel

Accommodation availability is subject to destination capacity and seasonal demand.

Where Can You Travel?

We offer a range of international destinations. Hotels and resorts displayed are provided as examples only to indicate the general standard of accommodation available. The properties shown are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
For each destination, one to three hotels may operate on a rotational availability system throughout the year. Our automated booking platform allocates accommodation based on live inventory supplied by third-party providers. The confirmed hotel will only be identified once travel dates are entered and the booking process is completed.
The length of stay for each destination is clearly stated. Nightly booking fees and/or applicable local taxes apply and are payable in addition to the accommodation entitlement. These charges are set by third-party booking engines and may change at any time without notice.
For 3-night holiday packages, Sunday to Thursday stays are generally recommended. Inclusion of peak nights (Friday and/or Saturday) may incur a surcharge. Some high-demand hotels may apply higher weekend surcharges. Guests are responsible for reviewing applicable fees prior to confirming their booking.

Most participating hotels permit up to two children aged 12 years or under to share a room with adults (defined as persons aged 21 years or over); however, child accommodation is not guaranteed and remains subject to each hotel’s individual policies and availability.
All bookings are subject to supplier terms, conditions, and availability.

Who Should I Contact If I Need Help?

There are two stages involved in using your Accommodation Voucher: the activation stage and the holiday booking stage.
The first stage is voucher activation. This step is completed on our website at solaronenation.com.au. During this stage, you will enter your unique booking code and your personal details to activate your accommodation voucher. If you experience any issues during this process—such as difficulty entering your booking code, not receiving the activation email, or accidentally entering incorrect personal details—you should submit a support request through our website.
The second stage is booking your holiday accommodation. Once your voucher has been successfully activated, your accommodation booking will be handled through our travel partner at redeemvacations.com. If you experience any issues during this stage—such as difficulty paying the booking or service fees, not receiving confirmation emails, problems logging into the booking portal, or trouble booking or confirming your hotel reservation—you should contact the booking support team directly at redeemvacations.com/contact-us.

I Haven’t Received My Activation Email — What Should I Do?

If it has been more than 24 hours during working days since submitting your voucher details and you have not received your activation email, the first step is to check your junk mail, spam folder, or promotions tab, as some email providers automatically redirect new messages into these folders.
If you still cannot locate the activation email after checking these folders, please submit a support request at solaronenation.com.au. When submitting your request, please include the email address you used when completing the form and your booking code, as this will help our support team locate your request quickly. Once verified, our team will arrange for a new activation email to be sent to you as soon as possible.

I’m Having Issues Paying the Booking & Service Fees

If you are experiencing difficulties paying the required booking or service fees when activating your holiday accommodation, you will need to contact the travel booking provider directly, as they are responsible for managing the accommodation reservations and payment system.
You can submit a support request through their website at redeemvacations.com/contact-us. If you do not receive a response within two business days, you may also submit a support request at solaronenation.com.au. Our team will then escalate the matter to the Redeem Vacations management team on your behalf. Please note that escalation can only occur after you have first attempted to contact Redeem Vacations directly.

I’m Having Trouble Booking My Holiday

If you experience any issues while booking your accommodation—such as selecting travel dates, confirming your hotel reservation, or navigating the booking system—you should first contact the booking provider directly by submitting a request at redeemvacations.com/contact-us.
If you do not receive a response within two business days, please also submit a request at solaronenation.com.au. Our team will then escalate your request to the Redeem Vacations management team to help ensure the matter is resolved. As with other booking issues, escalation can only be processed once you have attempted to resolve the matter with Redeem Vacations first.

Limitation of Liability
