I have read and accept all the Terms and Conditions.
I acknowledge that destinations & accommodation are subject to availability and not available all year round.
I accept that when booking accommodation online, two or three hotels in each destination will feature for much of the year.
I acknowledge that I CAN'T book a destination that is less than 100 miles (160 km) from my house/home.
I acknowledge that once I've chosen my “destination” I cannot change my destination.
I acknowledge that all reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice.
I acknowledge that I CAN ONLY register ONE voucher PER YEAR. If I receive more than one voucher then the second voucher CANNOT be activated until 12 months AFTER I have taken my first vacation.
I acknowledge that GROUP travel to the same hotel/resort is NOT allowed. I accept that only one incentive per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups can travel on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates.
I acknowledge that payment of the Booking & Service Fees for my chosen location, is a NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE transaction.
I acknowledge that if I have any queries about redeemvacations.com room upgrade fees, I will make contact with redeemvacations.com/contact-us before paying the fees, as I understand that all room upgrade fees are non-refundable.
I accept that I will have 18 months from the date of paying my Booking & Service Fees, to choose from available travel dates and participating resort/hotel options.
I understand that once my accommodation dates have been confirmed, no changes of dates are allowed.
I also understand that after the accommodation dates have been confirmed, any cancellation of my accommodation will result in forfeiture of the activation fees (ie: booking fees).
I acknowledge that booking fees are subject to change, due to booking engines (eg: Expedia & Wotif) periodically adjusting their fees for administering registrations.
